Hiring Information

Requirements for Hiring
Each hire items description has the measurements of the actual inflatable with the measurements in feet.  The size listed is the actual size of the inflatable.  You will require an additional 1 ft for each side of the castle and 5ft front and back.  This is to accommodate the safety mat at the front and the blower at the rear.   For example a 12 x 12 bouncy castle will require a space of 14ft wide x 22ft long.
Once you have selected an area of sufficient size for your chosen inflatable – please ensure it is flat and grassed covered(slight slopes are acceptable).  The area must be free from any glass, sharp objects, dog mess and anything else that could cause any damage to the inflatable or the intended users.  IF the castle is to go onto anything other than grass please inform us before booking.  This is to ensure your chosen item can go onto a hard standing service and to ensure we bring the appropriate anchorage for the inflatable.
For indoor castles you must make sure there is sufficient height for the inflatable once fully inflated.  Our indoor range product information includes the height of the inflatable.  We have very low inflatables available for areas where height is an issue.

A standard household plug socket must be available within 50ft of where the inflatable is to be situated.  If an electricity supply within range is a problem then we do hire petrol blowers and generators at no extra cost with all our outdoor inflatables.  You must provide the correct fuel in the correct containers.  You must inform us at the time of booking if a petrol blower/generator is required.

All of our hire items can only be hired by and signed for by an adult over the age of 18

Pricing Information

Price per days hire
The hire price for each inflatable can be found within the description of each item on their respective pages.

Days hire
A days hire is classed as approximately as 5 hours.  This is an average length of hire.  Hire may be available for longer or shorter periods.

Overnight charges
Overnight charge is an additional 50%.  Overnight hire is only available on adult inflatables subject to availability and terms.  Overnight hire will only be permitted where the inflatable will be in a secure location.  The hirer will also have to take full responsibility the inflatable.  The inflatable will be collected the following morning.  We reserve the right to refuse any overnight hire.

Delivery charges
Due to ever rising fuel costs we may have to charge a delivery charge to certain areas.  We will inform you of any delivery charge at the time of booking or you may contact us to find out if you would incur a delivery charge before booking.


DIY Hire Information

Do it yourself hire is an alternative and sometimes cheaper option of hiring an inflatable.  We have a selection of DIY only inflatables available for collection from Fremington.

All the prices are listed on the DIY page per day and are available for single or multiple days hire.  There is no overnight charge on the DIY range or any delivery charge.

To book a DIY inflatable you need to call us on 01271 371138 to make the booking.  You will need to pay the hire price plus a deposit in cash on the day.  The deposit will be held during the hire period.  Once you return the inflatable within the time slot and undamaged you will receive your deposit back.  You may loose your deposit by failing to bring the inflatable back within the allotted time and/or the inflatable is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

Two forms of ID are required and must show your correct name and address, accepted forms of ID are,

  • Driving License
  • Bank Statement
  • Utility Bill
  • Landline Phone Bill

Your booking will not be accepted without proper ID, payment and deposit.  We have the right to refuse any DIY booking.

Collecting The Inflatable

When you come to collect the inflatable you will need either a medium/large size car for the smaller hire items or a van/trailer for the larger items.  If in doubt contact us and we can help you decide if it will fit.

Please remember that there are also several other pieces of equipment you will need to collect from us including safety mat, blower and pegs or sand bags which can take up room.
