The area you choose should be flat and clear.  Our inflatables can erected on grass, a driveway or decking aswell as inside certain halls (space dependent).  Please confirm area type at time of booking to ensure we supply you with the correct anchorage for the hire item(s).  Gorilla wrestling is only allowed on grass or for indoor hire.

We are able to take bookings at the last minute subject to availability, but we do recommend you book as early as possible as the earlier you book the better the selection will be to choose from.

We now offer a DIY range which can be collected from us.  DIY hire still needs to be booked in advance, please telephone us to arrange a booking.

Each inflatable has specific measurements on each description on the website. This is the square size of the inflatable and not the area needed. Each inflatable needs 1 ft down each side, 5 ft at the back of the inflatable for the blower tube and 5 ft at the front for safety mats. For example a 12ft x 12ft bouncy castle would need a square area of 14 x 22ft. If you are unsure if the inflatable you have booked will fit then please contact us and we will help.
If the item is going indoors then please ensure there is sufficient height for the inflatable to be fully erected.

Yes, the blower must be running constantly whilst the bouncy castle, slide or inflatable is in use. If the blower is turned off the castle will deflate.

Yes, it is perfectly fine to turn the blower off when the inflatable is not in use, be sure there are no users on the inflatable before turning it off, also make sure when turning it back on users are not allowed on until it has fully inflated.

All collections and returns are from our base in Bickington, Barnstaple. Once a booking has been made we will give you the directions needed to ensure you can find us easily.

Yes we supply a set of very good instructions with pictures that clearly show you how to set the inflatable up correctly and safely but also shows you the correct way of packing it up at the end. Should you have any problems we can also talk through most problems over the phone.

All forms of ID must clearly show your name and address. We will accept 2 of the following, driving license, utility bill, landline phone bill or bank statement all of which must have been dated within the last 6 weeks. If you can not provide 2 forms of ID from this list these please contact us as we may accept some other forms of ID.

The hire can not proceed. Without any forms of valid identification we can not allow the inflatables to leave. There is no exception to this rule.

No, there is no overnight charge on any of our DIY range.

We take a deposit on all of our DIY range. The deposit is full refundable when the item is brought back, but we hold some or all of the deposit if the item is brought back late, overly dirty, items missing, damaged or any other reason that may prevent us from being able to hire the item straight out again to the next customer.
